Swedish massage 

Also called 'classic massage' Swedish massage. is one of the most popular massage style used today. Massage is usually applied using a therapists hands, fingers, elbows, forearms, to manipulate the superficial muscles of the body. It is a gentle massage that can be applied with firm pressure for a deeper relaxation.

Facials are used to improve the quality and appearance of the skin. A holistic facial looks at why these imbalances are occurring. Indian head massage

A head massage that guarantees you to slip into a state of bliss. The treatment involves stimulating acupressure points through various massage techniques around the face, head,neck and upper trapezius (shoulders). It is great stand alone treatment or combined with other forms of massage to end a treatment. Indian head massage is typically used with oil but can be used without.

Opening the sinuses with facial acupressure points is a great treatment for allergies, congestion, recovery from cold. By releasing the sinuses frontal headaches are likely to improve.

Hot stone massage

The heated stones that are applied or moved around the body allows the muscles to soften and relax. This allows the massage to a reach a deeper layer, and the heat to penetrate further into the muscles. The stones can be adjusted to your ideal temperature allowing a soothing treatment to take place.

Foot massage / treatments

Our feet are liable for holding our body weight and it is important we take care of them. Different areas of the feet correspond to areas of the body. Treating the feet involves a refreshing cleanse and exfoliation to look after the skin. A massage will be applied to stimulate different areas to release tension.

Reiki

An ancient Japanese therapy that uses the abundant supply of universal life force energy (Qi) to rebalance and maintain a persons energetic system. Reiki works with the Chakra system and can be done through clothes. The therapist may or may not use the sense of touch during your treatment and crystals can be used to amplify the healing vibrations.
