You can use it to help calm your energies, explore & release emotions, manage pain, protect your energies & lift your spirit! You can also use this first course to progress onto the next Reiki attunement - practitioner level

Reiki II
Length - 1 day

Reiki II uses your knowledge and experience from Reiki I to treat others and become a confident practitioner.
This course will build on your skills and explore the flow of energy and how it is stored in other peoples bodies. You will be able to treat other people and assist in pain management, trauma releases and relaxation techniques.
You can also use this course to progress onto the next Reiki attunement - Master level (teacher)
